  —>BLACK CABLE is for beginners to those stringing multiple double unders.  The cable weighs 5 grams per foot. This jump rope cable is a little heavier than other cable options we carry. It has more weight which in turn, helps maintain its shape and momentum. But, it is not too heavy to cause excess fatigue. It is the perfect balance between weight and efficiency for learning and mastering your double unders.
  —>BLUE CABLE is intermediate and for those who have mastered double unders and link together sets of 30 or more double unders. This is a medium-light jump rope cable that will be less fatiguing.
  —>RED CABLE is a super light cable used by experienced athletes stringing together more than 70 double unders. The cable weighs just 2 grams per foot. With the jump rope cable being so light, it lessens shoulder and arm fatigue and will feel like you’re jumping with empty handles and help your cardio as you workout.

• Mute Jump Ropes are unique because they have a larger handle.  Since the handle is made of strong plastic, you can hold the handle back at the black knob and flick the handle.  This flicking movement gives you leverage and accelerates the cable.  Some people often complain that their shoulders get fatigued during jumping rope.  By holding the handle back at the knob, this saves your grip and in turn, saves your shoulders.
